Privacy

Short version: the extension collects nothing. This site keeps only what it needs to send you your Pro key.

The RadialDial extension

• The extension makes no network requests of its own and collects no data. There is no analytics, tracking or advertising.
• Your menus and settings are stored by Chrome (chrome.storage), on your computer and – if Chrome sync is on – in your Google account. We never see them.
• Site icons in your menu are loaded through Chrome's own favicon service, inside your browser.
• A Pro license key is checked offline, inside the extension, with a digital signature. Activating Pro sends nothing anywhere.

Buying Pro

• Pro is sold through Link (by Stripe), which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase: it processes the payment and handles sales tax and VAT. The license itself is granted by RadialDial.
• We never see or store your card details; Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment.
• From Stripe we receive your email address and the payment's reference.
• This site stores your email address and your license record (the key, when it was issued and sent, and whether the payment was refunded) in a private file on the server, only to deliver your key and to send it again when you ask for it.
• Your key is emailed through our mail server or email provider, which processes your address only to deliver the message.

Finding a lost key

When you use Find my key, we store the email address you entered and your IP address for up to an hour, only to limit how often keys can be requested.

This website

The site uses Google Analytics (Google tag) to count visits and see how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google details of your visit – the pages you view, your browser and device, and your approximate location from your IP address. Google's privacy policy applies to that data; you can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on or an ad or tracker blocker.

Apart from that, the key recovery form uses a short-lived session cookie (to protect it against forged requests), and the site's own small script pauses the demo videos while they are off screen.

To see, correct or delete your data, or for any question, write to support@radialdial.app. Deleting your license record means we can no longer send the key again.
