1. Who we are
RadialDial is made by RadialDial. Contact: support@radialdial.app.
2. The extension
RadialDial is free to use. RadialDial Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks extra features in the same extension. No subscription, no recurring charges.
3. Payment
Purchases are sold through Link (by Stripe), which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for the transaction and handles sales tax and VAT. The license itself is granted by RadialDial. We never see or store card details.
4. Your license
A Pro license is for one person. You can use it on all your own computers and Chrome profiles. Don't share or resell the key. The key is checked offline inside the extension; it doesn't expire.
5. Delivery
The key is emailed right after payment. If it doesn't arrive, use Find my key or write to us at support@radialdial.app.
6. Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked: write to support@radialdial.app from the purchase email. After a refund the key is revoked in a future version of the extension. Your menus and settings are never deleted.
7. Updates
Pro includes future updates of the Pro features that exist at the time of purchase and any we add to Pro later, for as long as we maintain the extension. Features may change or be removed if Chrome or the web changes.
8. No warranty
The extension is provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.
9. Privacy

10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last change. Terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
